Complete the appropriate Group Travel Inquiry Form to share your vision, estimated group size, travel dates, destination ideas, budget, and any special requirements. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, destination wedding, corporate retreat, or affinity trip, this information helps me understand your goals before we meet.

  • We’ll discuss your group’s priorities, travel style, budget, and overall objectives. If you haven’t selected a destination, I’ll help you explore options that best fit your group’s interests, logistics, and desired experience

  • I’ll research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and experiences that align with your group’s needs. Depending on your trip, this may include hotel room blocks, villas, cruises, meeting space, guided experiences, transportation, dining recommendations, and preferred partner amenities.

  • Once you’ve selected the best option, I’ll coordinate the booking process, communicate with travel partners, and help manage the details so your group has a clear path from planning to departure.

  • Before your trip, you’ll receive a finalized itinerary and important travel information. Throughout your journey, I’ll remain available to assist should questions or unexpected changes arise, giving your group a trusted point of contact before and during travel.
